Rules and Policies

  • Your payment is total at the time of booking unless your reservation is 6 months in the future, 50% is required to guarantee your reservation and the rest 8 days before your arrival.

  • The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 people.

  • The accommodation is exclusively for adults.

  • The entry time is at 2:00 pm, maximum 6:00 pm

  • The departure time is at 12:00 pm.

  • The use of rockets or fireworks is prohibited.

  • Music hours are limited until 10 pm.

  • Pets are NOT allowed.

  • It is not possible to hold events or have guests who are not staying at the property. In case of not following the rules we have the right to evict them from the place.

  • A Deposit of $2,000 MN pesos is required when you check in, in case any damage in the room, deposit will be retuned after checking room.

  • Payments: Card and Transfers

  • We do not have a cancellation policy. Quinta Sofia is not responsible for any personal or global catastrophe. Depending on your reservation, we can perhaps modify your dates as long as it is 8 days before your arrival, subject to availability and price. With a charge of $25 dlls for change of date.
